DRIFT SPOT TRACK REGULATIONS
The purchase of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these regulations.

1. General Provisions

1. These regulations define the rules for using the DRIFT SPOT track operated by TIME FOR FUN BARTOSZ JAZ (hereinafter: the Organizer).

2. Purchasing a ticket and entering the track area constitutes full acceptance of these regulations.

3. The track is a designated course intended for riding crazy cart vehicles.

2. Conditions of Track Use

1. The track may not be used by persons:

   • under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that impairs driving ability,

   • whose health condition may pose a risk to themselves or other participants.

2. The Organizer has the right to refuse entry or remove a participant without refund in case of safety rule violations.

3. Alcohol consumption and smoking are prohibited on the premises except in designated areas.

3. Age and Responsibility

1. The track may be used by persons aged 14 and over.

2. Minors may use the track only with the consent and supervision of a guardian.

3. Participants bear full responsibility for their actions while using the track.

4. In the case of minors, legal guardians bear responsibility.

4. Safety

1. Before riding, each participant is required to:

   • become familiar with vehicle operation rules,

   • listen to the safety briefing,

   • adjust clothing appropriately (no loose items, secured hair and jewelry).

2. Each participant must use appropriate protective equipment (e.g., a helmet — if required by staff).

3. Riding may begin only with staff approval.

5. Riding Rules

1. Participants must ride safely and avoid creating hazards.

2. It is prohibited to:

   • deliberately collide with other vehicles, barriers, or track elements,

   • leave the vehicle during the ride,

   • stop in unauthorized places,

   • allow unauthorized persons on the track.

3. In case of danger, staff have the right to immediately stop the ride.

6. Ride Time and Fees

1. Ride time is in accordance with the purchased service.

2. Time is counted from the moment the ride begins.

3. After the ride time ends, the participant must leave the track.

7. Liability

1. Participants bear full responsibility for damage caused to:

   • themselves,

   • other participants,

   • facility property.

2. The Organizer is not responsible for items left on the premises.

3. The Organizer is not liable for damages resulting from failure to comply with these regulations.

8. Emergency Situations

1. In case of technical problems or danger, participants must immediately:

   • stop the vehicle in a safe place,

   • signal the problem to staff.

2. Leaving the vehicle without staff permission is prohibited.

9. Personal Data and Image Rights

1. Use of the track may involve image recording (photos, videos).

2. Participants consent to their use for promotional purposes.

3. Personal data are processed by TIME FOR FUN BARTOSZ JAZ in accordance with applicable laws.

10. Complaints

1. All comments and complaints should be submitted electronically to: driftspot.gw@gmail.com

2. Complaints are reviewed as quickly as possible.

11. Final Provisions

1. Matters not covered by these regulations are governed by civil law provisions.

2. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these regulations.
